Because our products are handmade or made-to-order, please allow 5-7 business days for us to create your items before shipping.

Within Croatia: 3-5 business days
Within Europe: 5-7 business days
Outside Europe: 10-15 business days

Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) or a confirmation email with shipping details.

Customs & Duties (International)
You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
Right to Unilaterally Terminate (Cancel) the Contract
14-Day Cancellation Period
Under Croatian consumer protection law, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of unilateral termination, you must notify us of your decision clearly and in writing, either by email at info@sensualstyleco.com or by mail at:

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel within this period, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (unless you chose a non-standard shipping method) without undue delay, typically within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Condition of Returned Goods
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, you bear the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Returns & Complaints
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once approved, please ship the item to Sensual Style Co., D. T. Gavrana 9, Zagreb, Croatia.

Complaints & Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the problem.

We will respond with a proposed solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Croatian law.
